Stephanie Seymour’s son Harry Brant has died at the age of 24.
The socialite suffered an accidental prescription drug overdose, following a years-long battle with addiction, according to The New York Times.
His family said in a statement: ‘We will forever be saddened that his life was cut short by this devastating disease. He achieved a lot in his 24 years, but we will never get the chance to see how much more Harry could have done.’
Born August 3, 1996, Harry is the son of supermodel Seymour, 52, and billionaire husband Peter Brant, 73, who also share son Peter II, 27, and daughter Lilly Margaret, 16.

His family added: ‘Harry was not just our son. He was also a wonderful brother, loving grandson, favorite uncle and a caring friend. He was a creative, loving and powerful soul that brought light into so many people’s hearts. He was truly a beautiful person inside and out.’
Harry is also survived by an older half-brother from his mother’s previous marriage to guitarist Tommy Andrews, as well as four half-siblings from his father’s previous marriage to Sandra Brant.
He and Peter II were known to make red carpet appearances together over the years, having grown up in the fashion industry.

He told W Magazine during the launch: ‘I really think that once you leave high school, you realize that being normal is something that people want to shy away from, and the more true you are to yourself and the more individual you are, the more people are inherently attracted to you.’

The socialite was arrested back in 2016, after refusing to pay a cab fare in Greenwich, Connecticut, for which he was charged with larceny, interfering with an officer and drug possession.
