Marvel has confirmed that Chris Pratt‘s Guardians Of The Galaxy character Star-Lord is a polyamorous bisexual.
A revelation about the character the 41-year-old actor has played in four films and their sexuality has been made in the upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy #9 comic book.
Fans of the graphic novels know that the fate of Star-Lord – AKA Peter Quill – was left uncertain after a heroic death in the second installment.

However in the latest edition – titled I Shall Make You A Star-Lord – he did not actually die but actually ended up in a parallel universe where he ends up in a polyamrous relationship with a man and a woman.
The single-issue story from writer Al Ewing, artist Juann Cabal, colorist Federico Blee, and letterer Cory Petit shows him through his nomadic journey through the Twelve Houses of Morinus with two companions named Aradia and Mors.
The space cowboy is initially offered an opportunity to experience ‘togetherness’ with the pair but opposed the idea with the hope of returning home to his love Gamora.
However 12 years later it seems as if Star-Lord was officially part of the polyamorous love-triangle as he is shown enjoying an intimate ceremonial bath with Aradia and Mors.

In February 2019, he took to his Instagram Stories to defend his place of worship as he wrote that ‘nothing could be further from the truth’ and that his church ‘opens their doors to absolutely everyone’ on top of an image of a sheep standing on top of a rock.
‘It has recently been suggested that i belong to a church which ‘hates a certain group of people’ and is ‘infamously anti-LGBTQ.’ Nothing could be further from the truth,’ he wrote. ‘I go to a church that opens their doors to absolutely everyone.’
He added that his church ‘helped me tremendously’ during his divorce to Anna Faris ‘despite with the Bible says’ about the ending of marriages.

‘If you are a famous actor and you belong to an organization that hates a certain group of people, don’t be surprised if someone simply wonders why it’s not addressed,’ she added the next day. ‘Being anti LGBTQ is wrong, there aren’t two sides. The damage it causes is severe. Full stop. Sending love to all.’
