Roommates, as more Americans continue to get vaccinated for COVID-19, our forever First Lady Michelle Obama is doing her part to ensure that everyone puts their health first. Michelle Obama recently posted a photo of herself getting the vaccine, along with an inspiring message for those who are still unsure.
Michelle Obama took to Instagram to let everyone know that not only is she getting vaccinated for COVID-19, she also revealed that President Barack Obama is following suit as well:
“When you can get the COVID-19 vaccine, I hope you do—Barack and I are certainly glad we did. It’s our best shot at beating this virus, looking out for one another, and getting back to some of the things we miss. Getting vaccinated will save lives—and that life could be yours.”
Similarly, Barack Obama posted a video message of his own encouraging the vaccine with the following caption:
“Michelle and I got vaccinated against COVID-19 because we know it’s the best way to beat this pandemic, protect one another, and get the country back up and running again. So I hope you’ll get the vaccine as soon as it’s available to you. It could save your life.”
Michelle Obama has another round of positive news, as it was just confirmed that she will be inducted into the National Women’s Hall Of Fame.
