The teen alleged that she has been bombarded with threatening and disturbing letters sent from Hearle, and claims he has even made a ‘throat-slitting’ move upon seeing her, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, last month.
Eilish claimed to have received one hair-raising note from Hearle reading: ‘You can’t get what you want, unless what you want is to die for me … You will know that soon the water will rise, and you might very well die … You will die.’
The singer alleged she has been watched entering and exiting her home by Hearle, who always tells her something or makes some sort of gesture to her – including the throat-slitting motion.

Eilish also expressed that she becomes anxious every time she returns home with the knowledge of Hearle’s presence.
The singer also fears for the safety of herself and her family.
She requested a court keep Hearle at least 200 yards away from her and her parents.
She currently resides with her mother Maggie Baird and father, Patrick O’Connell.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Eilish says Hearle has caused ’emotional injury including fear for my safety, fear for the safety of my family, and loss of my sense of peace and tranquility and security in my home and‚ personal space resulting from the repeated instances of harassment.’
She also said, ‘I no longer feel safe going outside my home and enjoying basic physical exercise in my neighborhood, as he could attempt to approach and hurt me.’
