Larsa Pippen has split from Malik Beasley.
The 46-year-old TV star – who was first spotted with the NBA player in November – has already decided to call time on their romance after they found the challenge of maintaining a long-distance relationship too much to overcome.
An insider told E! News: ‘Larsa and Malik are not together. Things got hard with travel, etc. It was more of a timing thing. They’re still in communication but not together.’
It’s over: Larsa Pippen and Malik Beasley have called time on their romance as the challenges of a long distance relationship reportedly became too much for the couple
Malik, 24, is based in Minnesota, where he plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Larsa lives in Miami and is focused on her business interests.
The source added: ‘Larsa invested in a digital fitness brand called Tonal and just made a lot of money. She bought a new Ferrari to celebrate and is focused on her businesses.’
Larsa and Malik raised eyebrows when they were spotted holding hands back in November, as the sports star was still legally married to Montana Yao, 22, at the time.
It was suggested that the photos prompted Montana to file for divorce.
A source previously said: ‘Montana filed for a divorce the day she saw the photos.

Meanwhile, last week it was reported Malik questioned his son’s paternity amid a contentious divorce with estranged wife Montana, where she was recently awarded $6,500 in temporary child support for their son.
The professional basketball player motioned to prove the paternity of the pair’s two-year-old son, Makai, in a Minnesota courtroom and has reportedly already taken a test to learn if he is the biological father, according to Us Weekly.
Montana’s bid for $5,000 monthly temporary spousal support and $8,000 monthly in temporary child support was denied by the court.
The court awarded Montana $6,500 per month for temporary child support for the former couple’s son, after she initially made the request in December 2020.
She also fell short in her bid for Malik, a guard for the Timberwolves, to pay $20,000 toward her legal fees in the matter; a $15,000 advance from their marital estate was deferred by the court, according to the outlet.

Montana, who exchanged vows with Beasley on March 5, 2020, expressed her shock over the split on Instagram Stories prior to her divorce filing.
‘This is wild y’all I’m seeing it for the first time just like y’all,’ adding that she was ‘told to leave our family home 10 day[s] ago, and just like you all I’m pretty confused.’
Her attorneys Paul Applebaum and Alan Eidsness said in January that the NBA player ‘put Montana and their young son out of the family home while he stayed behind to live there with friends.’
They said that Beasley had ‘only contributed $800 toward the care of their son’ and that Yao forsook a ‘successful’ career in modeling to raise their son.

A lawyer for Malik said in response, ‘It is unfortunate that counsel for Montana Yao has elected to misrepresent facts in the media to seek sympathy, while omitting the fact his client demanded an outrageous and obscene amount of money for not only her, but for her mother, as an apparent bounty for an eight-month marriage.’
Appearing on Hollywood Unlocked With Jason Lee last month, the former BFF of Kim Kardashian said that the notion that Malik and Montana’s marriage was in crisis ‘wasn’t a secret.’
‘I know a lot of people that are married and exiting,’ she said. ‘They had issues before. It had nothing to do with me, so I wasn’t thinking anything about it. If you spent a minute googling their situation, it wasn’t the ideal situation, way before me.’
Larsa is still legally married to Chicago Bulls icon Scottie Pippen, 55, and they have four children together. Larsa filed for divorce in 2018 and it is yet to be finalized.
