There have been all kinds of tea being spilled from Buckingham Palace left and right. As many of you know by now, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent interview with Oprah Winfrey was filled with some jaw-dropping moments as they revealed a few things for the first time.
One of those things was the alleged comments of concerns about how dark baby Archie’s skin tone would be prior to his birth. On Tuesday, the palace released a statement on behalf of the Queen, and now Harry’s brother, Prince William, has made his first public comment in response to the interview.
According to CNBC News, Prince William, and his wife, Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, made a visit to a school in east London on Thursday when they were asked about the interview. William responded and said, “We are very much not a racist family.”
When asked if he had talked to his brother as of yet, he said, “I haven’t spoken to him yet but I plan to.”
Prince William has said his family is not racist and he has not yet spoken to his brother since Harry and Meghan’s explosive interview.

As previously reported, on Tuesday, Buckingham Palace released a statement which said, “The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.”
Prior to the release of the statement, Oprah shared that Prince Harry revealed to her that his grandmother nor grandfather were not the one’s who expressed concerns about his son’s skin color, however, he still was not going to name which family member.
In the end, many people started the process of elimination as it continues to remain a mystery on who exactly expressed their concern on Archie’s skin tone.
